My first appointment is generally 7am and I like to finish around 7ish, though I can be flexible on this and alternative arrangements can be made if need be. I require an hours notice at the very least generally, if its before 10am then it is better to contact me the night before! If your looking for something outside my normal hours then 24 hours notice would be advisable as I will need to organise myself around it! Appointments are of course subject to availability and if you have a particular time and date in mind the sooner you contact me the more chance you have of getting your appointment.
